Returns and exchanges

Flowers, plants and fresh products sold by Amore Mio Flower Shop are perishable and fragile. This policy complements Ecuadorian consumer protection rules.

1. Product nature

Because of their nature, "change of mind" returns in the sense of reselling the same product generally do not apply unless a specific legal rule requires otherwise. Any courtesy adjustment is evaluated case by case based on availability and store policy.

2. Wrong or damaged order

If the arrangement substantially differs from what was ordered or arrives damaged due to the store's service, notify us immediately, ideally on the delivery day, via the store's channels with clear photos of the product and packaging when applicable. The store may offer replacement, adjustment or an equivalent solution.

3. Refused delivery or absent recipient

If the recipient cannot receive the order as agreed or the address is inaccessible, the store may arrange redelivery with an additional fee or follow operational policy. A full refund is not guaranteed once preparation or dispatch has started.

4. Refunds

When a refund applies by store agreement or legal obligation, it will be made through the same payment method when possible, within a reasonable time depending on the payment provider.

5. Claims

For formal claims you may use mechanisms provided by Ecuadorian consumer protection law, in addition to contacting the store directly.
