These terms govern purchases of products and services offered online. Flowers and plants are natural products; slight variations in tone, shape or size may occur compared to reference images while maintaining the style and value of the arrangement.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout (usually USD). The total may include shipping based on address and configured rates. Payment uses the methods enabled at purchase. The store may reject or cancel orders in cases of obvious pricing error, fraud or inability to fulfill, notifying you via the contact details provided.

3. Orders and availability

Order confirmation depends on inventory and supplies. If substitution is required, the store will try to contact you; otherwise an equivalent arrangement in value and style may be provided.

4. Delivery and pickup

Dates and time windows are estimates. External factors (traffic, weather, access) may affect exact timing. You are responsible for correct and complete delivery details. For in-store pickup, follow instructions communicated when the order is confirmed.

5. Invoicing

When law or order amount requires billing identification, you must provide accurate data. Errors in tax data may require additional steps at your expense.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the store's liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
